Upstairs, it features 2 large bedrooms with king-size beds, one of which opens onto a terrace offering a stunning view of the residence’s pool and the ocean!

Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms with showers and sinks. There is also a separate toilet upstairs.

On the ground floor, the bright living area consists of a fully equipped kitchen open to the dining and living rooms.

A second terrace allows you to enjoy outdoor meals and provides direct access to the communal pool and then the beach.

The house is equipped with a washing machine, a safe, WiFi (fiber), and a smart TV.
