Every Sunday, 978 Sanctorum offers a 100% local brunch by the pool.
From 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Viennese pastries, fried or baked Journey cakes, local tea, Creole coffee, local honey, codfish…
Homemade punches and tropical cocktails
Salads, or even pancakes with maple syrup that flirt with scrambled eggs/sausages…
Around midday, local dishes ranging from locre to grilled fish, fried crabs and a host of other flavors are presented in harmony in this tropical setting. The Sunday menu is constantly renewed according to the chef’s creativity.
